But the locals aren't too happy about it. The mom and pop shops lose their customers and slowly but surely shut down, turning the rest of the city into a ghost town. The big mall also attracted lots of tourists and people from other cities which filled up their roads and made driving anywhere impossible. The locals have had enough and decided to take matters into their own hands, doing protests and starting petitions. The BirghtWater Group responded with a heavy hand, paying the police and politicians to be on their side. One of the protestors broke into the server room in the middle of the night and exposed secret files filled with the evil doings of The BirghtWater Group, the next day his house burns down with him inside, that is the last straw, the people have had enough and planned a terrorist attack. They made sure to let the town know before hand and all of the civilians were evacuated. Its now or never, the people want their town back!
